Hello all!
Our tickets for RAW have been printed. I'll be coming down this Saturday, 6 June, at around 2.30pm to distribute the tickets to you all.
IMPORTANT!
Each dancer will be assigned 10 tickets to sell, and this is the minimum which you all must help sell. By 14 June, you should have sold at least 5 tickets. By 30 June, you should have sold all 10 tickets. Beverley, Simin and Teik-ling (our ticketing subcomm) will be helping me keep track of our progress. These are their roles:
Beverley - Distribution of tickets (If you manage to sell 10 tickets and want to get more, please approach her)
Simin - Collecting money for sold tickets (Tickets come with serial numbers, so please remember the numbers for sold and unsold tickets for accounting purposes)
Teik-ling - Issuing receipts
If you can sell more than 10, please do! Also, do help each other sell tickets when you know a fellow dancer has difficulty. But at the same time please remember who you are helping to sell and the serial numbers of these 'extra' tickets, you might need to inform us. Things can get pretty messy when it comes to ticketing, so let's all cooperate to make this a smooth one! Thanks~ JIA YOU!! =)
