Hey guys just a summary of what to do for the tickets you have to sell:
# Pass money for at least 5 of your tickets ($75) to Simin on Saturday, 20th June
# The ticketing "booth" to collect money will be after training with Ryan, from 6pm - 630pm so don't rush off after training
# Sell all your tickets & pass the money (total of $150) to Simin by Saturday, 27th June. If you cannot sell all your tickets for any reason, do inform either myself (Bev), Jasmine or Simin in advance.
# If you have difficulties selling your tickets & have already informed us, do note the FINAL deadline for submitting the money will be Saturday, 4th July
IMPORTANT NOTE
From now onwards, please please please check with your fellow dancers if they have extra tickets that they cannot sell before coming to me for more tickets on top of your allocated 10. This is because I have to reserve tickets for the other schools/dance clubs' orders. & let's do our part to help each other out esp. those who may have difficulties in selling their tickets.

Practice/Vetting on 13 Jun Saturday
Hey,
this is like repeating myself on email. but then u all can check back here if u lose the email or anything..
Claudine won't be able to come vet the items this saturday, so it will just be Ryan like last week.
Schedule:
1.30pm: Ryan will meet the guys doing the solos
2.30pm: Ryan will teach everyone
4pm: Full Run/ Vetting
I am not sure when the whole thing will end depending on how much delaying there is. but hopefully if everything goes well we might end before 6pm.
COSTUMES
ok remember i talked about costumes last week.
everyone prepare:
- 1 dark coloured long bottoms. (preferably denim or cargo, not sweatpants)
- 1 white top (preferably plain white or with minimal pictures)
- 1 colourful top (can be layered)
- 1 pair of shoes that are mostly white
We would like everyone to bring the costumes they have chosen on 20th June saturday to show the choreographers. If your costume is not suitable you will then still have time to search for/borrow/buy suitable ones.

Ahhhs awesomes
figured out how to post on the blog
KUDOS to those in my item!!! we learnt an astounding number of eights that i have lost count how many already and item is almost there and done in juts 2 sessions!!!!!!!!!!!
Just a shoutout to everyone to PLEASE get enough rest and drink more water. I feel the sorethroat coming on already. Production is in about a month's time oh my gosh and our early bird tickets are all sold out.
WE ARE HOT!!!!!!!!
so lets just push on and make this a blast!

Reminder: Updating of CCA Records by TML!!
Hello Emixers,
Kindly update your CCA Record by friday, 5 June, in order to get it endorsed. =)
Now for some kind reminders/nags,
1) For this saturday, please get ready ( this includes be in the right outfit, right shoes and done warm ups) by 12.30pm, which means there shouldn't be anyone strolling in around 12.30 and take his/her own time to change.
2) For pracs/ training, please make sure that you come on time, although we're not implementing the fine system but we do expect people to be on time, exceptions are only given to those who are doing internship/working.
3) Lastly, DO take care of yourself, drink enough water, eat well and rest well. NO EXCEPTIONS FOR THIS. Hehee..
And have fun people! Can't wait for the internal vetting on sat! whee!!!

RAW! - Distribution and selling of tickets
Hello all!
Our tickets for RAW have been printed. I'll be coming down this Saturday, 6 June, at around 2.30pm to distribute the tickets to you all.
IMPORTANT!
Each dancer will be assigned 10 tickets to sell, and this is the minimum which you all must help sell. By 14 June, you should have sold at least 5 tickets. By 30 June, you should have sold all 10 tickets. Beverley, Simin and Teik-ling (our ticketing subcomm) will be helping me keep track of our progress. These are their roles:
Beverley - Distribution of tickets (If you manage to sell 10 tickets and want to get more, please approach her)
Simin - Collecting money for sold tickets (Tickets come with serial numbers, so please remember the numbers for sold and unsold tickets for accounting purposes)
Teik-ling - Issuing receipts
If you can sell more than 10, please do! Also, do help each other sell tickets when you know a fellow dancer has difficulty. But at the same time please remember who you are helping to sell and the serial numbers of these 'extra' tickets, you might need to inform us. Hello Emixers!
Assume all of you have read Jing's email, there will be a pre-vetting this saturday!! Whee!!
Yes its gonna be fun!! (so please dont be too nervous or stuff k)
The purpose of this pre-vetting is for dancers to be aware of the items we are putting up and to prepare ourselves for the first vetting where by both Ryan and Claudine will be present. =) Im sure you guys are looking forward to watch the other items, SO DO I!!!
Hence all dancers are required to be present! (except for those who have already informed me) =) Once again, I DO NOT APPRECIATE LAST MIN NOTICE, so if you have anything urgent, please notify at least 24 hours in advance. (Yes its changed to 24 hours as this is a major thingy)
